For a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed an unfamiliar with the process of a mortgage , Kim Skinner was referred to me by my real estate agent an she made me feel very comfortable an at ease about the financing process . We were first time homebuyers and knew basically nothing about buying a home, mortgages; interest rates etc. We found Kim by referral and she was living in our area at the time.
