For a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed an unfamiliar with the process of a mortgage , Kim Skinner was referred to me by my real estate agent an she made me feel very comfortable an at ease about the financing process . Kim made refinancing our mortgage a walk in the park. She got us locked in as early as possible knowing rates were on the rise, and we closed without needing a lawyer, notary, or appraisal. She has once again saved us time and money, and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out.
