For a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed an unfamiliar with the process of a mortgage , Kim Skinner was referred to me by my real estate agent an she made me feel very comfortable an at ease about the financing process . She was professional and very knowledgeable ,and did everything in her power to help me with the house that I wanted . Kim thoroughly explained everything and went over any questions I had. I first met Kim over 3 years ago when I thought of using some of the equity in my home to purchase a rental. No problem. Kim made it happen for me.
When it came time to renew the mortgage on my home, naturally I thought of Kim. She helped me access more equity in my home and 6 months later I bought my second rental.
