This is the second mortgage that Kim has secured for me. I am availing of her services again as she is reliable, works fast, is very responsive, and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She does very well handling tight deadlines, she keeps me in the loop through all the steps she is taking, and she always presents me with the lowest rates I have seen. She is very knowledgeable about the mortgage business and has always been there to answer my many questions over the last six years. I know that Kim really does go above and beyond for her clients.
