We were first time homebuyers and knew basically nothing about buying a home, mortgages; interest rates etc. We found Kim by referral and she was living in our area at the time. It took us a long while to actually find a home (2 yrs or so) and during that time Kim moved out of our area. Due to the great service we received, we chose to stay with her, which meant doing things by email and phone. At first we were a little worried at how all that would work but Kim was excellent and explained over the phone and by email every possible thing we would need to know.
