Kim made refinancing our mortgage a walk in the park. She got us locked in as early as possible knowing rates were on the rise, and we closed without needing a lawyer, notary, or appraisal. She has once again saved us time and money, and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out.

Thanks for all your help, you will probably hear from me again before this new mortgage matures!
