We were first time homebuyers and knew basically nothing about buying a home, mortgages; interest rates etc. We found Kim by referral and she was living in our area at the time. It took us a long while to actually find a home (2 yrs or so) and during that time Kim moved out of our area. At first we were a little worried at how all that would work but Kim was excellent and explained over the phone and by email every possible thing we would need to know.
