I first met Kim over 3 years ago when I thought of using some of the equity in my home to purchase a rental.  No problem.  Kim made it happen for me.

When it came time to renew the mortgage on my home, naturally I thought of Kim.  She helped me access more equity in my home and 6 months later I bought my second rental.

Kim worked really hard to bring that one together for me.  She really knows her stuff!

Keep your pencil sharpened Kim!  I’m planning the third rental in about 18 months!
