During our initial house hunt we were faced with many obstacles and found the process to be very stressful. We were introduced to Kim through our real-estate agent. Kim was thorough and diligent in  communicating the next steps with us. She ensured we understood every step of the process and communicated what our options were. Her assistance and direction made the process much less daunting. Through Kim’s guidance we  found a sense of security, and were able to realize our dream of purchasing a permanent home for our family. We would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to purchase their next home.

Living in the US and getting transferred back to Canada we felt the whole mortgage process would be easier using a Mortgage Broker than a bank.  Am I ever happy we did.

Kim was always available to answer questions for us, promptly returning emails, even when on a family vacation.  She researched different options and gave us suggestions on what would suit our needs as well as finding us an incredibly low rate.  We really feel she cares, unlike banks where you are just an application number.

For any future mortgage needs we will be contacting Kim again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Thank God for Kim Skinner from DLC. Kim helped us arrange our mortgage in less than 2 weeks, starting from scratch, giving us a list of things that she needed to make the purchase of our new abode much easier. I first met Kim over 3 years ago when I thought of using some of the equity in my home to purchase a rental.  No problem.  Kim made it happen for me.

When it came time to renew the mortgage on my home, naturally I thought of Kim.  She helped me access more equity in my home and 6 months later I bought my second rental.
